Memorial service celebrating the life of Carl Todd Watson of Monroe, LA. will be held 2:00 PM, Tuesday, June 2, 2026, in the chapel of Heaven Bound Funeral Home. 703 North 4th St. West Monroe with Bro. Anthony Stewart officiating.

Todd was born September 26, 1970, and passed from this life May 30, 2026, at the age of 55.

Todd, a man who leaves behind a legacy of hard work, a love for the outdoors, and a place in all of our hearts, as a concrete finisher, he spent his life building things that were meant to last. That wasn't just how he worked; that was how he lived. He was a man of grit and dedication.

When he wasn't working, you knew exactly where to find Todd. If the sun was up, he was likely outdoors. He found his peace in the woods and on the water. Whether he was out hunting or casting a line on the river, that’s where he felt most at home. He loved the quiet of the morning and the thrill of the chase. He understood that there is a special kind of connection between a man and the land he walks.

Todd is preceded in Death by his father, Danny Lynn Watson.

He is survived by his mother, Carol Worthman of Monroe; sister, Wendy Johnson of Darlington, SC.; brothers, David Watson of Roland OK. Daniel Watson of Darlington, SC. William (Billy) Worthman of West Monroe, LA.; aunt, Lisa Patterson of West Monroe, LA. also survived by a host of extended family and friends.
