Dorothy, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and cherished friend, passed away peacefully on September 9, 2026, at the age of 78.

She lived a life centered around love, family, and the simple joys that made life special. She shared 63 beautiful years of marriage with the love of her life, Alton Wittner. Together, they built a lifetime of memories filled with family, laughter, adventures, and love.

Dorothy found her greatest joy in spending time with her family and friends. She loved cooking, fishing, crocheting, and traveling on the many cruises and road trips with her friends and family throughout the years. Along with many other hobbies as well. She especially loved being in the kitchen, canning and turn the fruits of a good hunting or fishing trip into something delicious for the people she loved. There was a special joy in watching her husband, children, and grandchildren return home from a hunting or fishing trip, knowing she would soon have something to cook up and share around the table.

Dorothy had a warm heart and a love for family that will continue to live on through all future generations of her family. Her home, her cooking, her laughter, and values will never fade. The memories created with her family and friends will forever live on and hold a special place in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her devoted husband of 63 years, Alton Wittner; her children, Alton Woodrow Wittner, Elizabeth Renee Perkins, and Lottie Eloise Myers; her grandchildren, Brandon Darrel Myers, Elizabeth Ann Perkins Doctor (Rachel Doctor), Joseph Uriah Perkins, and Alton Wade Myers (Emiley Myers); her beloved great-granddaughter, Stella Lee Myers and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.

She is preceded in death by her father, Woodrow Uriah Littleton; her mother, Dorthy Eloise Hogan Littleton; and her son-in-law, Robert Darrel Myers.

Though Dorothy has left this earthly life, the love she gave, the meals she prepared, the stories she shared, and the countless memories she created will remain in the hearts of her family and friends forever.

Her greatest legacy is the family she loved so deeply. She will be missed beyond words and remembered with love for generations to come.
