Memorial service celebrating the life of Evelyn Marie Williams of West Monroe, LA. will be 2:00 PM, Tuesday, March 24, 2026 in the chapel of Heaven Bound Funeral Home with Bro. Ron Lowe officiating. Family will receive friends for visitation 12:00 PM until time of service at the funeral home.

Evelyn was born April 7, 1953 and passed from this life March 4, 2026 at the age of 72.

She was best known for her strong-willed personality. She would tell you best her grandkids and great grandchildren were her all. She fought until her last breath, and we know she is completely healed giving everyone an earful in heaven.

She will be greatly missed by all of her loved ones here on earth.

Evelyn is preceded in death by her father James Rushing, mother, Ethel Rushing, brother, Jim Rushing, son, Jeffery Cruse.

She leaves behind her daughter, Stephanie Touchet and husband Murphy; son, Billy cruse; grandchildren Courtney Cruse, Shelby Cruse, Kaytlin Cruse, James Touchet, Parker Cruse, Jeffery “JR” Cruse, and Ethan Touchet; great-grandchildren, Kash Moss, and Rhett Anding, and one on the way; Also survived by many cousins and extended family and friends.
